Skaruts 14 #1 Posted March 15, 2013 (mistyped the name by a capital letter in the title. It's D3stiny) Time/Date: 15th of march, 2013, somewhere between 5pm and 5:30pm GMT+0 (he left the server pretty close to 5:30pm) Server: 24/7 2fort France #2 I felt it was a little strange when he was hitting me with bodyshots too prompty, as soon as I jumped out of cover. I tried sniping him a few times but it didn't seem to matter if I moved, he'd hit me anyway. I went spectating and at first I couldn't really tell he was cheating, so I begun to pay attention to wallhacks, and I was a bit doubtful, although I think he saw a cloaked spy, but I was taking his ID on the console and I kind of missed that (That's on demo 1). He then switched class a few times until he settled for scout and that's when it started to be really fishy. I haven't reviewed the demos yet (game crashed while at it...), but it seems his aim locks on target in a peculiar manner (follows targets), and that he is indeed wallhacking. I'm not sure if it's near the end of demo 2 or in demo 3 that he seemingly knows there's a cloacked spy near him, and he follows the spy back to the top spiral medkit and teases him before killing him.. I'm still not too sure about it, though, so I'm going to review the demos now, and I'll be back here with some ticks in a few minutes. I think I've seen this player before and I also think I suspected him before too, though, since he dies a lot, and doesn't seem to have a kill-everything-aimbot, I never had much reason to suspect enough to spec him, and he might as well have passed for a reasonably able player. I believe demo 2 may be the most juicy one, though he is sniper only on demo 1. Demo: http://www.mediafire.com/file/cc3cub6c75l8jzy/D3stiny.rar Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:37874222 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ok, I've been reviewing the demos and this is what I got: Demo 1: 3500 - He seems to aim to the sentry through the wall, before he goes to the side and actualy sees it. 10500 - (WF) He sees the other sniper through the wooden beem. Demo 2: 3000 - He seems to know about the scout's position three times in a row. Although the second time, anyone with a bit of experience would check there. 7150 - His aim seems to jump slightly and lock on the pyro as he moves into their sight. 14500 - (WF) He seems to react when the pyro decides to wait. He seems to be aware of where he is the whole time (use a tick around 14000 to see the whole encounter) 16400 - He seems to know about the scout 19400 - (WF) He sees the spy in the water. When watching with wireframe and slow motion, it seems the spy (his leg, rather) is barely outside the cover of the bridge's ground. However in normal speed (and during normal game) I'm not too sure if it's possible that he might notice it. Still, he looks to (through) the ground suspiciously enough... 22400 - His aim seems to jump slightly and lock on the spy. Might be reflexes. Although, he seems to have too high of a mouse sensitivity for such subtle adjustments on reflex reactions. 22700 - He seems knows about the engy. Watching in slow motion reveals that, even though the engy has the tip of his pomson barely visible, his sight is constantly covered by the sniper and his shield in front of him. 25370 - This is when he teases the spy, the moment I was talking about in my first post. It does seem as though he can actualy see him. (WF) = Check this one also with the commands mat_wireframe 1 (or 2,3 and 4), and/or r_drawothermodels 2 (default 1).
