They both though he was hacking, but I couldn't find the Steam ID. Gets quite a bit of suspicious shots, including standing in front of enemy spawn for 20 seconds nudging his guillotine around, and then at tick 7800 signs his ban warrant by twitching in front of a dispenser while shooting him. SMAC's report was just a cherry on top.
