Ok, so no demo on this guy, I was playing on the server with him and a lot of people were calling him out on hacks. I looked at his profile, and he has VAC bans on his record. So two questions:

1) Can we please ban him?

2) Why isn't he already banned from the server with VAC bans?

I feel a little weird to ask someone to get banned with no demos, but I'm mostly curious as to why he is able to play on your servers. If you guys can't ban him without a demo that's fine. If I seem him again, I'll get a demo.

VAC bans can be only for certain games - for example, a CoD or GoldSrc VAC ban does not affect TF2 (or other Source) games.

5.9 hours of TF2, 29 kills killstreak and a VAC ban sound incredibly fishy to me, though, so I went ahead and banned the guy for suspected hacks. If someone disagrees, they are free to remove the ban.
