Esea Team Looking For Sponser/partnership

Greetings. Not sure if this is the right section of the forums for this (maybe recruitment would have been better.)

My name is withadancenumber I'm a competitive player who plays in esea open as scout.

I come representing my team (currently known as 'big bongs long dongs' hehehe.)

We are seeking a sponsorship or a partnership from your community.

What we request:

- A community to be a part of and support our team in its quest to be the greatest.

- Mentions on website or server for scheduled/shoutcasted matches.

- Any other benifit you could offer us (scrim server\premium\etc..)

What we offer:

- a chance to have your community advertised on one of the most prominent teams in open this season

- Dashing good looks

- I will personally be doing mentoring/class workshops on my stream (www.twitch.tv/withadancenumber) that will be designed to help players learn and understand their favorite classes better in pubs. As well as giving an introduction to 6v6 tf2 and hosting newbie lobbies. I will look into getting the rest of the team involved.

I think this is best handled directly by Mana. I've sent him a message with a link to this thread. He should see it soon.

I also think it would be best if we waited for his input instead of having everyone in Lotus bombard this thread with their opinion. I will request a thread lock as soon as a Staff member is online.

Any chance of changing the team name to something that doesn't sound like it was conceived by a group of 15 year olds who are in a band that only knows how to play a terrible cover of smells like teen spirit? Or is it pretty much carved in stone at this point?

Good question.

There are three possible ways of watching our matches.

1) SourceTV with your tf2 client

• I would post in a thread on the forums or make an announcement in my teams steam group.
• This would have an IP in the form of a connect string ex (connect 111.111.111.111; 45055)
• You would place this in the console of your tf2 client (by pressing ~) and will instantly be connected to a spectator only clone of the live match

2) My live stream

• I will be streaming most of my matches on Twitch.tv at a 1 minute delay from the game (to prevent ghosting)
• This will give you an inside look into my teams communications and mindsets

3) Shoutcasted stream

• Commonly games will be casted by other tf2 players, or by the casting crew at teamfortress.tv.
• In this case I will give a link and a start time to the stream where you can tune in and get an insightful and hopefully entertaining commentary on the game

Yes, Lotus did Mister J! Which is one of the reasons why I came to Lotus. It seems as a pub community there are people whom are aware of comp tf2 here.
