I hadn't played in several months due to mainly having broken the screen on my laptop. (Tried to shut it with the mouse sitting on the keyboard. That's what happens when you get onld and senile.) When I recently tried to log onto any LotusClan server, a message would pop up saying ALT disconnedted. Banned from server. I am a donor, so I thought perhaps since my bank account was low, the payment didn't clear the bank. I checked with PayPal, and they confirmed payment was, indeed, made. I have absolutely no idea why I was banned...especially since I hadn't played. Please let me know what I can do to set things straight. My steam url is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198044907463/ which my son tells me cross-references to Steam ID STEAM_0:1:42320867. Thank you for your time. I eagerly await your response.

There is a hacker who has the same IP as your steam id.

Since we can't prove you aren't them, you will remain banned.

Thank you for your promt reply. At least I now know why but am at a loss as to how to resolve the issue. I am a donor and would really enjoy playing on your servers enjoying my donor priviledges. Could someone please guide towards the next step?

There are ban some items that we negotiate exceptions to, unfortunately hacking is not one of them. You can pm Mana here, if you want to talk to him about any potential refund. He is also the only person who could revert your ban.
