People abusing vote ban on Arena server

This is actually the second time this has happened to me though I don't know if it was the same people or not. Tonight I noticed that there were people on the arena server so I joined as I usually do as I enjoy arena mode, only to be votebanned for "hacking" right as soon as I joined with all 4 of the people on there voting yes. It's understandable that some people might want a private server or not want the teams to be unbalanced but in the case of the former they should just make their own server but for the latter the could have just asked me to spectate and I would have done so until someone else joined and our teams would have been balanced. These were the people that were on the server.

As mentioned here, I followed them into a server where they immediately tried to voteban me. I permabanned three of them until they want to appeal it.  The fourth (dad) was not there, so I took no action yet.
