Nursey unban appeal

A friend jokingly started a voteban against me and it went through.

1) Read the forums thoroughly before just throwing an unban out there

2) We don't reverse vote-bans, so be more careful in future

3) If you ever happen to acquire a real ban, go back to point 1, and include your steamID and more details.
