Check out around tick 1700 when he kills the engineer, the snapping is immistakable.  Sorry the demo isn't longer, he left before I got more.  I was spectating him for a bit before I started recording and there's no doubt for me that he's hacking. I've been bringing ban requests here for years and I've seen them all.  Also, he didn't even bother setting up his steam account, which in itself is not proof but that's always a little suspicious for me.  Anyway, do what you feel is right.  If you don't agree I understand.

I really don't see that much snapping at all. The one where he gets the engi looks like a wallhack, but that he clearly doesn't have as he even runs into a cloaked spy and doesn't even react.

 

Here's a video on it, where I used Adv. Spec. to check for a wallhack. The FPS is pretty low, as my computer is horrible at recording and playing at the same time, but it still shows a lot.

 

 

I don't think he is hacking though. No bans on Skial or Firepowered, and there really isn't much to suggest he is on this demo.

No bans other places because this most likely a brand new FTP account (hence, no Steam profile set up).  If you'd seen what I saw before I decided to record you'd agree that he was hacking, even what I captured looks pretty clear to me but I guess not everyone is going to see it that same way.  Thanks for looking and running your analysis though.  I'd still like to see what others think.
