24/7 Upward Chicago stuttering

The 24/7 Chicago server has been stuttering really badly for the last couple of days. Could an admin take a look and fix the issue / maybe restart the server?

The server auto-restarts when its empty for a certain period of time. Staff / Mana will probably take a look at it soon though.
