Need techy help! Can't find SO-DIMM slot on netbook

Got this little Celeron thing here, it has 4GB DDR3 memory, with website listing as (up to 8GB) which in most cases means you can have another stick of RAM in there. That's how it's been with every other laptop I've opened, but this one...

Not only can I not find a free SO-DIMM slot, but I can't even find the one that's supposed to be there! Do they build them into the boards now? And I even checked the other side of the board after completely dismantling the thing, am I going blind? Anyone have a clue?

Done that to death, was mainly wondering if it's possible that the memory is built into the board itself, I have never seen that before but I can't explain it any other way.

 

CPU-Z and AIDA64 do not give any details about the memory at all, it's all blank except for the frequency and timings.

It says on page 63/64 that "part 5" is the memory.  I saw that much.  Good luck
