I looked at the list of auctions and then at my inventory and even if I sold (/turned into gems) everything that I have there I don't think I could amount enough gems to put a bid on anything worthwhile. I bid on the chinese language pack for the learning program i got already and I'm #13th after trashing in everything, that was about 4000 gems. As i said when Fever posted it, it's just a way for the rich to get richer. Some of the bids are 200,000 gems... with the average item selling at 6p for 100 gems, thats £120. The CS:GO bid was 60,000 last time I saw it.. thats £36 pounds at a rate of 6p per 100 gems... I think the game itself is like £20 now. 80,000 now.. so thats £48. Unless you happen to have 600 backgrounds in your inventory worth 100 gems each of course... It's a way for valve to scrap hundreds of thousands of cards etc, to bump the price of them, in order to gain more money when ones are sold. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
