Banned for "cancer bind"

I accidentally pressed my cancer bind after I was told "no more cancer binds".

Let me start with this- I am not the admin who banned you for this offense. However, I did ban you in the past, and have had to deal with you multiple times. This is my case against you.

Lets start with the history.

-I have warned you multiple times, gagged and kicked, and have banned you for spamming binds. (Arakvar has done the same.)

-You have challenged admin's authority multiple times (Arakvar's and Mine), as when we ask you to stop, you immediately react with anger, and claim that its abuse that we have banned you, and than ignore us, continuing to spam binds.

-You have still continued past all these warnings and bans.

On to the current.

You claim that you accidentally clicked the bind. Bullshit. Here's your chat logs.

This is not an "accidental click". You spammed these binds multiple times, and this is just yesterday (when you got banned for the third time.) So not only have you once again spammed binds, after being warned, gagged, kicked, and banned multiple times, you also come onto the forums and lie about it. If you want to be unbanned, you should at least tell the truth and be even slightly remorseful about it. Arakvar and Staff have the final word on this unban, but I know they both agree with me on this.

Onto the future.

This is your very last warning. I will be monitoring Josh and Your chat logs continuously. If I see any bind spam, of any type, in anyway, shape or form, whoever the one that was doing so will be permanently banned. We are done dealing with you. You have been warned multiple times, and you are way past the three strike rule. Arakvar was nice enough to not perma-ban you this time, he had the full authority to do so. If you think that you will "accidentally" press one of those binds, than unbind that key. We are not going to jump through hoops for you, you know that you should not be spamming those binds, and you continue anyway.

I feel that I've given both you and your various GumNut associates quite a bit, if not too much, slack. When I first encountered you all I sat back and let you behave in a manner that's detrimental to the server as a whole for fear of seeming like an abusive or unfair admin. Now that you've come to the forums and blatantly lied once more, that's over.

 

 I can provide a multitude of screenshots to show your daily behavior on our server, each timestamped. You don't "accidentally" hit binds, you repeat this offensive behavior every single time you're there. Most of the screenshots show Josh doing the same, sometimes worse. I'll post these if staff needs me to, which leads to my closing statement, as it were.

 

Staff, I'll leave the ultimate decision in your hands, but with my recommendation that the ban become permanent or at least a good deal longer.

I don't see how I lied, my bind key for "Dispatched, cancer." is 8 and I said "No" in game many times. I have really bad internet (442 ping in this test) and I pressed 8 many times to say "No". 

 

I am genuinely remorseful that this has occurred and I have since unbound all my binds. Those binds include "ALLAHU AKBAR", "Dispatched, cancer", "You got GumNutted on", and "Map changed to de_stroyed."

 

I did press the other binds, "Map changed to de_stroyed" and "ALLAHU AKBAR", that I will admit. I was told to not spam any more cancer binds, and I had thought that the cancer binds weren't allowed. I did not "spam" any cancer until my recent ban.

 

I assure the staff at Lotus that there will be no more bind spamming from GumNut.

I can see how completely honest and full of regret this unban request is.

The ban stays as it is, and seriously, seeing your ban history, you're lucky it's just a week.

Just to add that, as it doesn't seem to be clear:

 

If we find any bullshit on your account from now on, as it is the third time you get banned for this behaviour, you're going to face a long timeout. And by long i mean something between 3 months and permanent, depending on your behaviour.
