I saw a game the other day that showed you can stack radiant ancients at :57 by pulling towards the far right of the top of the stairs down to river. Pretty sweet if you're late to stack. It can only be done on melee ancients though.

They're mostly :53 except for the radiant camps near mid towers and the dire camp up the second stairs from top rune which are :55.

Most images out there showing stack times are out of date and now incorrect. It's also surprising how many people think you can stack at the half minute mark....mentioning no names *cough*. This image is correct though and is what I used.

It shows the old map with the Roshan pit being the major change but the timings are still pretty much correct. I think I pull at 55 on the radiant mid t2 camp though by the high ground, although I rarely stack that camp as I prefer to stack ancients. Note the dire ancients should be pulled towards mid t1.

Another cool thing is if you have the range you can clear trees and easily clear ancient stacks as support...but you need the trees clearing so it's best done using Lina and you're gonna make it a lot quicker using her Fiery Soul ability.

Oh yeah another cool thing you can do if you're out of position is to pull a lane on the dire safe lane at the t2 tower. You can also diagonal pull the camp in the top left corner into the dire safe lane but you have to chop/eat a tree to do it. As radiant you can pull that camp into lane to increase exp or pull the lane back but again you have to chop/eat.

When stacking ancients I add roughly 0.75 seconds per additional stack. Otherwise they can bump and not stack.

Oh I forgot. If you get your shit together you can connect the two top left camps and the three radiant jungle camps when pulling...its not that hard and means you can farm for days without leaching exp from your carry if the lane is going well.

Have to admit not sure about these numbers. I tend to go to the camps on bot on the 42 tick. That works quite well. If i go there later, the creep wave is gone?

These are stack times, not pull times

With pulling I don't use a time as it depends what is in the camp...I just judge it by eye (because I'm so fucking pro xD)

Some more info

 

 

1/2/3, C/D - these camps can be connected up and cleared with one wave if you get your timing correct

 

1/2/3 - can be cleared using a march of the machines wave as tinker

 

A/B - If you eat/destroy a tree to the right of camp A and aggro the creeps towards camp B, then aggro the creeps at camp B and walkaround them (so you are on the base side of them) and then turn to face camp A you can wipe both camps out with several heros in one or two hits (e.g. using Lina's dragon slave)

 

That last one may seem a hassle but it does save a lot of mana and time.  If you're confused you end up in this position:
