ShiaLabeouf 0 #1 Posted March 28, 2015 My friend and I play on the lotus servers every so often. Anyway we were on one of the goldrush control points servers in the us. He mains as sniper and is scary good, but does not hack as he was accused of. Dracco banned him without warning or without a note as to why he was, so i found dracco in the server today and was trying to shed more light on the situation and he said to appeal it here. I also mentioned that its 10x easier to prove hacking than to prove innocence, so I am not sure where the burden of proof lies. Dracco said he was hitting fully cloaked spies, which he may have hit one which can happen by coincidence. When i asked dracco about how to prove he wasn't hacking, i explained how difficult that might be, and dracco said i guess that's fair.
