I meant to say that it could be a network issue at the provider/datacenter level.

 

Watching people hover, freezing at the spawn exit, and then being dead at the point when things unfreeze is just driving me nuts.  I don't need any more help getting there.

I tend to align with this - it is likely at the data center level, or the level in traceroute just prior to hitting them.  I appreciate you looking into things.  Thanks

Have we put out some sort of PSA regarding this? Because if it's happening across all Lotus servers I feel like people should know about it before they hop on and have their PC freeze itself to death

I've never had my PC freeze up, but i have been booted out of the game to my desktop a couple of times when the connection has dropped.

I've not noticed it on other servers. Just the Chicago ones.

 

And I think I fixed it now. Lets see if it stays fixed. It should .

It has improved SIGNIFICANTLY. I felt one lag spike just over an hour of gameplay.
