I was wondering how many would be interested in doing a weekly dota event? Similar to what we do during the weekend for TF2.

I'd be in...I play nightly when Death is about....mostly ranked though but I will play anything...playing a lot of random draft at the moment which is great for forcing you to play other heros

Yeah if you want in and see me start up dota msg me....I tend to invite the same people most of the time but happy to swap things around a little (including myself).  We can't be far from having enough for some 5v5 private lobbys.

No worries...expect to be warned if you pick an absolute shit tier carry though...in case you want to think about picking something else. Personally unless you're over 3k, if you don't pick a hero in the lowest percentile and/or is heavily counterpicked you can fuck the meta off if you understand the hero and have good mechanics, a decent team and a solid build. That's way more important IMO.

Too many people play the meta at lower levels when they should just enjoy the game and experiment a little and definitely be doing their own builds.
