Depends on where you live. Koreantown is pretty well behaved, Lebtown is the opposite, Aussietown is mild mannered, Aborignaltown is TEH SLUM, Chinatown is dirty, and Vietnamesetown is dirty and crime riddled (No offense, I like Viets). Rural Australia has mainly Drunken Aussies and a small amount of Aborignals. The multiculturalism exists only around Sydney.

In Sydney, its depends on what schools you go to, in which there are bullies. Public Schools are more friendly, Private Schools are fags and bullies. I don't really consider bullies, they are weakminded as they need to put others down for reasons such as

-Making themselves seem cool to friends (Meaning their friends are stooges)

-On impulse

-Because they want to become friends with the stooges of the school.

Ive been bullied many times, but I always get my revenge afterwards.

one time some guy i think i yr 11 pushed a yr 7 and made his books fall on the ground i went up to the yr 11 guy and pushed him back and said " What the f*** are you doing man his just a little kid " he said " What the f*** is it to you" and he tried punching me..

i dodged him and he missed and i punched his bottom jaw and his teeth started bleeding lol this happened when i was in yr 9 i am in yr 10 now lol....

i dont take s*** from bullies and i dont like when they bully younger kids who are not confident to stand up for themsemves....
