oinyo 0 #1 Posted September 6, 2008 For the last month I was without a computer due to it breaking and me having to wait for Dell to replace the damn thing. Due to this fact I was told I need to re-aply and start from scratch so here I am. " I posted in the member forum my comp was broken and it would be a few weeks until they could replace it " ( I was basically told " do you think I really care? That counts for 1 week only. " Here is the proof and the such so there are no doubts. http://ausoladcacm.us.dell.com/ostatus/index.asp?language=E Then enter in 230031916 for order and " K1N 8Y3 " for the Postal code. This shows the replacement coming to me. Now when the computer actually broke this is the tracking of me sending it to dell early last month. www.purolator.ca In the top right put in PIN = 82124723378 Pictures and the such will come soon not that it matters. I was told directly that if my parents died and my house burned down I still would of been kicked. " there are no excuses. Miss 3 and you are out reguardless "
Mana 3,867 #2 Posted September 6, 2008 Your reason was posted for one practice only and even if a separate thread would have been made you would still have been put at the bottom of the line because you were simply inactive. Reason or no reason, there are a lot of people wanting to get in and those who are not active will not be slowing anyone else down . Which is why you can always re-apply which you did. " I posted in the member forum my comp was broken and it would be a few weeks until they could replace it " ( I was basically told " do you think I really care? That counts for 1 week only. " That's a lie. Your thread said "I Wont Be Making The Practice Tonight" and "I will be missing tonights practice sorry :/ " It's simple. If you're in-active for whatever reason as a recruit for over a month you will most likely have to re-apply. No one will save your spot. Everyone who played in practices during the time that you were out/applied after you are automatically in front because you were simply not there. Nket 16 #4 Posted September 6, 2008 well, i do agree it sucks, but you gotta think of it from the owner of the clans point of view, say for instance some guy applied to the clan 2 weeks before you did Alucard, then he go, o well im going on vacation for 3 months, then you apply and go to practice 6 times before this guy gets back, then he is eligible for clan membership before you because he applied earier, would you be happy if this guy you never met got in the clan before you because he applied first but never showed up to any clan based activities? Camail 1 #5 Posted September 6, 2008 Nket= pahil. If they were inactive they wouldn't get rewarded, but if they waited the two months and then unwillingly went inactive are you saying the they should be behind someone THEY don't know and meanwhile be left behind by the people they made firendships with? This has nothing to do with somebody getting in, ignoring the game, then reaping the benfits. Open up that narrow hallway you call a mind, mate. There's no longer a need to wait many months before you become eligible for Lr2. If you are gone for a while, reason or no reason, whatever you had before no longer counts. It's not hard to become a recruit again.
Pavement 0 #7 Posted September 7, 2008 I have resurrected my machine from the grave! I was too lazy to install Windows today, so I just threw in the old HDD and hoped for the best. It works but its very buggy. TF2 crashes with some memory error that has to do with the cache expecting different hardware than what I have... Vista 64-bit tomorrow after work, and I should be back in action by 10pm!

Like what mana said, They can just reapply, i mean i still have everyone who got dropped in my friends list and i still talk to them, they were unable to participate so they have to try again, its like becoming friends with a teacher, not showing up to classes and failing the class, they just try again, its not like the guy that had to fail em hates em or anything, rules are rules dude.
