This crap has been going on for weeks now with him. You can ask any of the regulars on the server. One day he just started bad mouthing me and I never even gave him any rebuttal. I quit playing for a week or so and figured he give it a rest. I have not provoked this ass in any way. He just keeps up with this kind of crap and he's not even a paying member.. I'm not a prude on people posting pics on the server. But this is just personal attacks because he doesn't like me. No I lied, opinions and suggestions help - not threats. I don't make a habit of policing sprays, people can do that themselves with such server side options as voteban but that doesn't matter now because I would of banned him already if someone made a ban request WITH a steam id. Whoever thinks that name bans work...is an idiot. Also I believe that there is a requirement of a demo too...Yes, I'm fairly certain that there is a stickied thread detailing exactly what proof is needed. So far we have 2 threads with a name. If that was all the proof needed then anyone could get anyone banned. So if you are so pasionate about getting this person banned that you would register on the forums and make a thread... might as well do it correctly, no? You know why I require demos for reported bans? Because we sync most permanent bans with certain other server admins, it works perfectly and makes me feel extra good when some hacker gets banned from Lotus and a few other servers as well... Now if you or someone else would be so kind as to make a demo before leaving the Lotus servers... it would be appreciated. It doesn't seem to happen (the spray) when I pop in. Weird... tinman 0 #9 Posted March 9, 2009 this is just more of the previous thread about this guy....except he's not posting when his actual spray is shown. i sure don't know how recording a demo of some1 actually spraying is going to be done. besides he has already admitted to it. this guy is a basket case that is taking full advantage of the "rules" .......i also notice the guys that have been there every night no longer seem to be showing up....and its all because of 1 guy. but then again, how would i know this after only spending 800 hours on the same server.......... Regarding the spray- He has already admitted to spraying it. The other ban thread has him arguing the point of rules on putting up sprays. I don't get what all your deals are with sprays, you don't like them, don't look at them it's that simple, there's a fair share of them that get sprayed on the server that absolutely disgust me and I don't go having a hissy fit and making posts on the forums screaming "OMG I'M BUTTHURT PLEASE BAN THIS PERSON, HE'S CAUSING ME MENTAL ANGUISH" If they really bothered me that much I'd disable sprays. As for being an "asshole" or an "asshat" don't you think it's a little hypocritical to bust out the personal attacks in the same thread you're requesting me to be banned for the very same thing? There's been quite a few players on the server whom I've had to voice mute because their speech has been the equivalent of a cat on speed going ape shit on a chalkboard, I suggest you do the same for the similar cases and get over it. If someone wants to actually post real proof (not some picture that can be easily edited) WITH his steam id then make a new thread.
