Hl2.exe Error

I was trying to play tf2 on my bro computer and there is always an error that shuts down tf2 and said hl2.exe problem. I was wondering is there ways to get this off. (p.s. i try using google)

It's something Valve needs to fix, and have claimed to have fixed at least twice. I still get it, too, every time I close a Source-engine game. It's something to do with Windows Vista, 64-bit processors, dual cores, quad cores, dinosaurs, or the moon.

Not that this helps you in any way, but I get that error every time I close TF2, and I'm running Vista Ultimate.

Since it only seems to happen when I'm exiting the game anyway, I don't really care.

Now, if it was crashing my game, yeah, then I'd be pissed.

i think the moon and the hl2.exe pops up when the game start and than automatically close the program. I reinstalling it right now (took 6 hours to install T-T)
