Plasma Waffle 0 #1 Posted March 17, 2009 (edited) Alright a couple people had asked me about my band, we're called Followed By Death and we play Deathcore (Sub-genre of metal.) There's no vocals so people who are anti-metal for that reason can still enjoy it. If you don't like the music that's fine, I don't really care but please don't bash, its unnecessary. http://www.myspace.com/followedbydeathmusic Edit: I play guitar Edited March 17, 2009 by Plasma Waffle

James Tyrgglidaar Quall 69 0 #8 Posted March 17, 2009 Nice, sounds like pretty solid deathcore. Just wondering what effects you used on the guitar (sounds like harmonizer???).

Plasma Waffle 0 #11 Posted March 21, 2009 Nice, sounds like pretty solid deathcore. Just wondering what effects you used on the guitar (sounds like harmonizer???). No effects were used on the guitar in these recordings, only a distortion pedal (Boss Metal Zone MT-2)

OVER9000JEWGOLDS 0 #16 Posted March 29, 2009 We're currently recording vocals for one of the songs, and we don't have the equipment to record drums at the moment. I am a drummer in a now defunct band, i got a set in my room (it annoys every single neighbor i have, but they all admit they like hearing me when i drum with a band) the drumming on the first song sounded like it was machine made. If you want a sample of my metal drumming i i can send you a .wav file i recorded on audacity
h3gi 5 #17 Posted March 29, 2009 (edited) Razorback Explosion Snap. That's a mean machine. I was looking at getting either the Dean ML Braziliaburst or one of those, only found a reburbished one at Guitar Center (huge chipped off tip, wasn't worth $250 off). Ended up choosing an American Made Fender Strat Highway One HSS. I'm really leaning towards Ibanez for my next purchase, whenever that is. On another note, I found a Razorback Explosion model replacement for the Pyro's Axtinguisher here: http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/46142 It was awesome, except it only really shows up in sv_pure 0 servers, whereas most servers are sv_pure 1. And when it doesn't show up, it's invisible. Which sucks. A lot. Edited March 29, 2009 by h3gi
Plasma Waffle 0 #18 Posted March 30, 2009 (edited) That's not the Razorback Explosion, it's another model of the Razorback. But regardless of that, that is unbelievably awesome. Holy ass. h3gi 5 #19 Posted March 30, 2009 (edited) Right, I knew it was a Rebel. I guess typing out Razorback made me unconsciously put Explosion after it. Edited March 30, 2009 by h3gi
