other than the new MAPS we're getting what else do u want? I know for characters the witch should be a playable character and also the regular zombies u see on the streets would be nice. Hopefully they can fix or reduce that flash effect (when your playing the infected and u get hit by a malee your whole screen flashes and it makes it unfair)humans don't get the flash when they get hit by clawing. Finally fix the lobby issues; when I connect to my private server I would like to go straight to the lobby first then start the match with the characters people have chosen for THEMSELVES.

Fix the long respawn times and make it long or short depending on how fast u die, so many times I could of boomered or smoked someone if I didn't have 20 respawn times.

Yeah, no... the witch should not be a playable character. She'd either be out of character and thus too strong, or she'd be boring to play.

Ah.

Well I think it needs new campaigns (and in my opinion Last Stand appears rushed) and possibly a larger array of weapons, and steadily revealing some backstory.

I'd like to see branching paths in new maps. Be able to decide between say, a quicker more dangerous route, a route with more items/health, a route with better weapons. Perhaps multiple safe rooms? I've been trying to think of a new infected type but have been stumped. Perhaps something with a long range projectile. And new weapons, especially for melee (woo chainsaw?).

This is the source engine, you get a loading screen every 2 meters. They can't possibly fit multiple paths into one map! >_>

It bothers me that it takes a good 5-7 minutes from when I click to open TF2 until I can actually start playing, but with L4D it takes no longer than a minute.

Might I direct you to the L4D2 thread? It seems the sequel will have most of, if not all, of these things.

All my dreams came true! Except for a couple bland new characters. But really, flame bullets? Tanks are doomed.

regarding new infected types.

It seems the current special infected had serious or abnormal conditions prior to infection. smoker-heavy smoker. boomer- really really fat guy.

tank- major roids user.

the charger!? one big arm and one little arm...only thing I could think of was chronic masturbater (in overalls no less)

I wouldent mind them retooling the screamer- psychotic laughter zed to make very small stream of zombies constantly attack or make them more alert and faster.

alter the boomer a bit so that even if he misses or explodes without hitting someone it activates nearby zeds

so heres a few rare conditions that could be worked into zombie imagination

rabies

ebola

emo fag (a real one)

headbanger

prodigy (above average intellect)

girl who can shoot 10 pingpong balls out of her vagi and catch them all in her mouth.

i think that during the respawn times you should just be able to play as a regular zombie, and just run up and attack, as your life would most likely be less than your respawn time.

Hopefully with the increased number of infected there could be an option that allows you to pick which infected you want to be.

Being a common infected would be negligible and kind of pointless.

So instead of spec camera-ing around to find a good plan of attack, you can hold W and die a lot. Great! ;)

Maybe if you could control something like a group of 10 or something it'd be a little more interesting.

After seeing some of the new stuff already announced it looks like a lot of what is in L4D2 will be introduced to the original campaigns. From what i've seen it looks well balanced concerning the new items and infected

why do I think valve is gona punk us somehow? IF THEY RELEASE HL2 EP3 WITH THIS I WILL JIZ RIGHT IN MY PANTS
