Let's start off by saying this. I have still not received an answer why everyone in [Team Win] was banned. And I wish to keep the clan and enjoy playing on the Lotus servers. I am sorry that I did not "babysit" my clan members and did not teach them right from wrong. I think the ban was completely out of hand and simply "The crime did not fit the punishment". But if that is the way it is going to be, then so be it.

Reason why I was banned, I have absolutely no clue. Being the leader of [Team Win], I guess I'm the one to blame for the gayness. I am going to make [Team Win] invite only, and people in the clan are going to be more mature. I am requesting that both myself and the clan be lifting from the banning. And if denied, could you please tell me a logically reason why.

I just spoke with Storm, and he is deleting everyone from the [Team Win] group. He said that he will send out invites to those that deserve to come back. The dude is taking responsibility.

With people like Johnny Sodapop spamming vote kicks, you think that it just wouldn't go unnoticed? The best part is that the majority of the people who vote yes are the Team Win members or people who had no idea what the fuck was happening (mostly the first). If storm really is taking responsibility them and PROPERLY deciding who should come back then Team Win is going to be a very small group.

Being a clan leader doesn't mean you babysit them. The key here is that as a clan leader you are responsible for the actions of your members. The maximum punishment should be given to you, as you were always aware of what kind of crap was going on. Even if you didn't instigate the kicks/bans/spam, you are responsible for the members of your clan that did it.

I never spammed it, and if I did please show me proof. And sense when did people spamming voteban/kicks become my problem? It's not my server, I'm not the owner of it. Doesn't mean that the asshats will be gone forever, that's Mana's job, not mine.

Personaly what I find funny is the "big bad bullys" now have the shoe up they're ass. And after all the grief they have caused they sure as hell don't like it.

I would only spam against other [Team Win] members. Example "Magical Trevor kills me, I mute him." He didn't care, and he would mute me, it was funny. If you misbehave in school to the point where they can't take it, they kick you out. Not everybody and then let some back in.

Seriously?...WTF!? How about the "new" people to the servers that played one time and were spam votekicked for a joke? What joke btw? At they're expense? They probably still have no idea what they did to get kicked. This is a prime example of why just anyone should NOT be handed admin rights. Sorry, but these bans have more than given us the "normal" people that pay and play regularly on Mana's server new faith in him as a just admin.
