Ben, one of your donators, is continually votekicking me because I told one of his friends to shut up because he had his mic button down for like 2 minutes straight. The second I get on the server "Disconnect: Votekicked" or w/e. I don't want him banned as much as I want someone to tell him to fuck off.

I'll get my screenshots once it stops crashing me when I'm kicked.

I vote kicked "-BDA- More than Me" once, after he continuously asked what color his party hat was, he then proceeded to cuss out people in chat when he was told to fuck off and taunt. He then accused phantom of mic spamming, and issued a mute vote, which failed. Me being tired of seeing his chat, and his nonsense issued a kick vote around 8:10cst which passed with a 18 out of 24 YES votes. I did not issue another vote since, which the logs will show.

Thats the exact reason why its there. You were causing a problem, and I used what means I could to deal with it. You seem to want to blame me and phantom for you getting kicked, but you have to remember it requires a certain amount of other players to get vote passed. Me and him only made up 2 out of the 18(75% of the server) people who voted YES to kick you, so there was clearly an issue.

This is the last retort I'm going to give, there is no use going endlessly back and forth, you said your side, I said mine. Let the admins decide if there was a problem.
