Motivate Me.

Recommended Posts

Lately ive been getting slack with my studies. As an Australian 9th year student I should really do much mroe work than I am now. I have studied hard over the past year, but now I realise why do it?

I may be disillusioned or something. So please, give me a reason to continue with study.

Why were you studying so hard in the first place?

Actually I have to answer your question with another question:

HOW do you get discouraged to study?

Try to answer me honestly, for I think you have inner feelings that are not being satisfied that's why you ask this question.

To be honest, the only reason I studied hard before was to beat somebody in a test so I could stick it to them :D

Now that he proclaims defeat, I find myself with no real reason to continue. ?

(And I am Futsalfred in noob form.)

(This is not a suicide thread)

You know how it is when you're younger and above the average 'A Student.'

The only things that keeps you motivated is competition 'cause damn it feels good, too bad even that gets tired. All I can say is that if you don't stick to the academic grinding you just end up doing alot of things that are different from what your friends do, when they're talking about projects and upcoming tests, you won't have anything to say about their activities 'cause you know little about them. Doesn't seem that bad 'cause you'll of course have new friends but you'll still feel bad about the old ones.

fut...its simple....

you should continue to study so you can survive in this wilderness of a world that we have. Like primitives looking for food, we also search; thus our food is knowledge.
