Dashuu 11 #9 Posted July 6, 2009 This game is going to be very different from TF2 in one important way. It's a free to play MMO. The kind of game with an item mall. So players will be able to pay real hard earned cash for that level 50 rocket launcher that does extra damage, though they'll only get it for a week without having to purchase again. Which means it'll call to a different community of players. Like Gunz, or Parabellum, or the soon to be Huxley. I doubt the people at Valve will sue, as it's really out of their hands across that many international borders. (How do you think they get away with so many WoW clones over there?) I also doubt it'll be any kind of major success, as there's already a fleet of those games in the market and this one doesn't look any more interesting than it's competitors. Combat Arms is Korean game full of douchebags. They'll call you a hacker just for killing them. They'll kick you from a match just for using specific weapons that they just so happen not to like. Immagine if you will that Mana banned everyone who was using the Backburner because he got killed repeatedly by a dude who used it and thinks it's overpowered.
