"-=Kkk=-The Enemy" Voteban/donor Abuse

Hello,

I was playing on one of your 24/7 2fort servers today around 11AM, and "-=kkk=-the enemy" started initiating votebans and votekicks on our medic "Baby Bowser". Myself and several others asked MANY TIMES what Baby Bowser was doing to warrant these votes and -=kkk=-the enemy did not respond. He was able to start these votes immediately instead of needing ~5 requests from other members, making it donor abuse as well. Here's a demo of everything I recorded, from the middle of one voteban, the entirety of a votekick, and up until after he leaves (showing he gave no explanation the entire time).

I do not have a SteamID but as a donor he should be easily identifiable. I request that "-=kkk=-the enemy" be banned or at least have his privilege to immediately start frivolous votebans/votekicks stripped, so that I do not need to worry about the possibility of myself or my peers being needlessly banned or kicked simply because they got on the bad side of one who cannot control their temper.
