[Leth] Users Building Exploitative Teleporters

Explanation: Users [LFTH] Stew [no skill] (id: STEAM_0:0:7128288) and [LFTH] FLASH (id: STEAM_0:0:16870895) were building teleporter exits on top of one another on a set of stairs in a way that made it impossible to move after it was used. They would not destroy the teleporters and told users to "type fail in console" and "f10" to deal with the issue. The incident occurred on the 24/7 Goldrush server based in the United States on the eastern coast (ip: 64.237.38.21:27015) around 6:45 EST. The two users were votebanned as I finished typing up this post. I posted anyways so that in the case they appeal the bans we have easily accessible proof.

You would consider this simply being useless? This is trolling, griefing and being useless rolled into one. But whatever, I posted so that the people in charge could make a judgment call and you did exactly that. Thanks.

I was on the server at the time this happened; we were able to votekick one of them, but he simply returned. There were at least 3 [LTHF] guys on the server, and between their votes and a few people who were on the other side and not actually witnessing what was happening, they were able to vote down a voteban several times.

And OP is dead-on; these guys were griefing their own team in an organized fashion. Props to OP for getting all this stuff recorded.

It's not impossible to get over those things, btw. You could always crouch jump...

If you can't crouch jump, the exit has to be built on the bottom for it to work. Jump on the edge of the exit, then jump over the entrance.

Let me know if this repeats itself. If it's like, an every day occurence, I'm sure something could be worked out.

You can't crouch jump to get out of these exploit teleporters. The only way to get out is killing yourself or being killed. They are indeed "regular" trolls but this is all the proof I have. I'll get some more if the occasion arises.

I know you get trapped. I've done this myself on 2fort out of boredom. You can certainly jump OVER them to avoid them when you see them though.

If this happens again, let me know. I'm not going to press for a ban the first time, but if it becomes common, they're gone.
