Raz415 0 #1 Posted January 4, 2010 There's a whole clan that not only always stays in the same team, but usually everyone plays sniper and hacks. They headshot while pointing away from their target (sometimes they're REALLY off target, sometimes they miss.) When I told people to spectate them because I'll initiate a voteban, they switched to other classes - engie, demo, etc. Luckily I have a demo, it was hard getting one since it's more than 1 person and they suck horribly and kept dying. It if weren't for their hacks, they'd be on the bottom of the scoreboard. Their excuse was that "they're CS 1.6 players, and they are sniper pros". I have mostly spectated 2k10-, and unfortunately he's the only person who's steamID I have managed to get. All this happened at ~10 am GMT+2 today on the UK payload stocks server. First sorry for my english, our team is on reunion island in indian ocean, we don't speak english very well. We all have ~230ms, but it's a "pure" ping, since we have adsl 8mo and we don't download files or something else, it's really the "pure" 230ms ping (time of the ping travel), so your not gonna see us lagging or freezing etc. You can kill us on the normal way, handicap is ONLY for us, but we are so used to this. I was a Team Fortress Classic player with ~800ms... Bring me to the second thing,, our level in game, because of this pure ping, the game is really really playable, i mean making a headshot with snipe is no big deal for us. I play fps since Team Fortress Classic, then counter-strike etc, we were on top ranking on our island, making lan etc. All of our member are quite old and quite good, i'm proud of my team, and we can play so much better with low ping. Since your server is one of our favorite( Good ambiance, good player and quite often full ), i understand your feeling about us, but he is so not true. Don't forget, because of high ping, when in-eye-spectator, there is a 230ms that can make you feel that we cheat, we really don't need to use this sort of shit, we all are legit players. I don't watch the demos (that's someone else's job), I'm just advising that we don't put up with bullshit, and what you say is irrelevant in comparison to actual proof. Trying to play to your favorite game with at least 230ms on a server, being automatically kicked from 80% of them thanks to amx plug-in or other. After, well let's say, 5 kill on the same person, instantly read "pfff lag voteban please, they #random_insult_here" (Even if there is no saccade/freezing or else only thanks to TAB) Being kicked/ban 70% after the whine while explaining we just can't fix the ping. For the 30% survivor here, being called cheater and being insult for the same reason. By the way i tried to download the .dem in order to see why he was so angry, saw the name "fuckers.dem" and deleted it.
