Honey, Title says "Internet and Bittorent" which means Bittorent is using the internet to both Download and Upload. So if you have a 2mb connection and you are downloading a torrent at 1 MB your connection will be noticeable slower. Try quiting bittorent, it should get faster then . Not much you can do really apart from limiting your download speed or getting a faster connection. I myself am on a 22mb down connection, pretty nice .
