{HeRo}GeneralDS 4 #1 Posted March 31, 2007 Hi! I have a game that I never played for a long time, it is called Star Wars: X-wing Alliance. I play it every now and then, but it is boring because no one is there to play online with. The site for online play is pretty much vanquished, and the only option left is TCP/IP....I was wondering if anyone else had this classic game from 1999... samuraispirit 0 #2 Posted June 29, 2007 Oh God I know of it. I had played the demo maaaany years ago. Louis Castle was the father of this game and he was very happily ever when he told about this game. The only good thing on this game was that you can play on the end at the battle of Endor (the end of the movie Star Wars 6 Return of the Jedi). But there are not many ships. The most battleships only were painted graphics in the backround and not figures of the game. But Louis Castle only had concentrated his happyness on this last battle and had forget to make good missions before that battle. So only the last mission is slightly good made. {HeRo}GeneralDS 4 #3 Posted July 31, 2007 Heh, they did add a major amount of the star destroyers after destroying the fighter screen in the first scene. Then after smashing the SSD Executor, you had to deal with more fighters and a few more Star Destroyers for scene 3. Scene 4 is the hardest but possibly best one. We should try to play at some point, Each of us commands a team of fighters, squadron on squadron, both squadrons have same ship.
