oxcjae. 0 #1 Posted January 6, 2012 Ban Request: "Steak wrapped bacon" [sTEAM:0:035620235] Reason: Abusing Donation Powers (Votekick abuse) Server Occurred On: Lotusclan.com | 24/7 2fort | East Coast (x33) [64.237.38.26:27015] Time Occurred: Today, ~7:30 P.M. CST Started off with me playing around as a spy, experimenting with a class I'm not good at. Died a couple times in the process by Steak wrapped bacon, who taunted me via chat every time with "lol" or something similar. Annoyed, I switched to my mastered class, scout, and killed him on first encounter, typing back a friendly wink. Immediately, he switches to spectator and initiates a votekick on me, with the reason being, "afk". Of course, I'm telling everybody I'm not afk, and the votekick fails. I admit, I was aggravated and lost a bit of my maturity by taunting him back. Then Herbert the Pervert tags in and initiates a voteban on me, with the reason being that he was annoyed by me. I'm convincing my team via voice chat that I haven't done anything wrong, and they agree, which prevents me from being banned successfully. Now I'm a bit angry, telling the two initiators how immature they for votebanning me for no reason. The situation dies down from there, except for the fact that Steak wrapped bacon attempted to troll me again. I don't know how reasonable a charge against Herbert the Pervert would be, since I did began taunting back at that point. So I'm not looking for any charges against him. Brenardo 1 #2 Posted January 6, 2012 Looks like you both were trolling each other ("friendly" wink? Steak must have been saying "friendly" lol's too >.> ). The vote didn't even pass and it was a kick which are pretty much pointless anyway since you can instantly rejoin. I'm not quite sure what the problem is here, but unless steak wrapped bacon has a bad voting history there's really nothing in this post to even call for a warning. Also, even mentioning herbert was kind of pointless... he's not even a donator and he didn't do anything wrong. It just kind of shows that you were just mad at these two guys and overreacted.
