I've played with Goh on various occasions and he never votekicked/votebanned me. On a side note, while I was there I saw no abuse of donor privileges from him whatsoever.

He's never done it when Death Strike is on 24/7 2fort x33 either. But he has when he wasn't.

aye, voting on pure instinct isn't at all clever. I mean kicking people requires a reason and if you suspect hacking you should still do some form of check or demo and post on here also.

Here's the way I see it, and many communities I've been on follow a similar SOP, every-time you initiate an action, you are putting your privileges on the line for it, lets say the one that gets banned/removed comes online and complains, and even worse, they have evidence, proving without a reasonable doubt, that the ban/kick was not warranted.

Any respectable community would have set that Administrator on fire. It gets worse if the person is initially dishonest bout it (Such as using the AFK/Idle option when the person isn't really AFK/Idle and is only trying to get rid of a Phlog Pyro...I've seen some Donos do that...*Cough*)
