Unban Request

I was banned from Lotus arena Chicago, a server I have been a regular on for over two years now, by L| Charizard for reasons that I am not sure of. I was never given a warning either. Straight from the man himself- He was spamming offensive stuff. I asked him to stop. He called me a fag and said something 'like do something'. I kicked and came back spamming something like 'I impregnate your bitches' over and over. Dared me again. People were saying 'Ban him please'.

This server has been un moderated for a long time, so people that frequent it feel "Comfortable". The people that were saying "Ban him please" probably wasn't regulars. Although you do have rules and such. I'm not condoning or saying it was ok what he did. But he didn't know it was a moderator that kicked him I believe, I talked to him about it personally. Some times he does get "Kicked" so he didn't think it was the moderator's doing. If he would of known, he wouldn't have continued his actions. He is a nice guy and was trying to be funny on a server he's been going to for years, so he felt comfortable. Although I know it's against the rules and maybe if he convinces you that he wont repeat those actions that got him banned, there is a chance he can be unbanned?

I never said he was being nice in the game. Not once...Although I did say he was a nice guy, that was trying to be funny in his own way in a server where he felt comfortable to do so. If he would of known that he would have gotten banned if he continued his actions then he wouldn't have even started in the beginning I believe. He frequented on that server for YEARS, he wouldn't have done that for all those years if he would have know he would get banned for it. He wouldn't risk it. He's learned his lesson, although it's your decision if you'll forgive him or not.

I gave the guy a verbal warning and a kick. He came back and spammed again. After two warning and seeing that nothing was changing I entered in the ban.

I'm sorry Sign.Painter but without naming names, two very well known regulars were asking for it. One even messaged me about it afterwards in Steam and said he deserved it.

I'm at work on my phone. When I get home tonight I'll post proof.

This is how I feel. I respect Sign.Painter and his opinion a lot. I'm for a removal of his ban if you think he will keep the spam down. I don't hold grudges.

I'll message the guy and talk to him later. Nothing bad. Just to talk.
