You are going to have to be more specific than that. Also you need a demo to prove vote abuse. Also who?

Ok, in this order, provide;

The server you play on when this happens (name, IP)

The votekickers Name and STEAM ID.

If the votekickers name is in "green" when he/she types

Demo's of it happening;

• Open up command console,
  
• Type "record votekick"
  
• type again in console "status"
  
• record your self getting kicked, try not to let on to them you're recording them
  

Find the TF folder within <Steammaps>

Upload the .dem folder to mediafire.

Finally, create a ban request, in the appropriate forum here, conveniently named "BANS".

Unfortunatly, if it's by multiple people, it's probably something about what you're doing on the mic or if you're one of our younger players, they may just be intollerant of your voice. It happens to me a lot. A ban request would be a moot point because if it is as you say, random people, then it would be too difficult to keep track of and man other things that influence this are lacking.
