I have reason to believe he is accompanied by a second hacker; will report back with any discovery.

Whoopsie. Yeah, I realized that about two minutes before internet curfew. I told it to attach, but there must have been something that went wrong. Let's try that again.

I'll be honest, I'm not sure. It's a demo of a scout killing out as a cloaked spy. The way it looks, it could have been a lucky shot. It has happened to me before that I killed a cloaked spy by randomly shooting and discovering a spy.

The demo doesn't show much else. I'd say more proof? I also went ahead and checked his IP and found no bans for aimbot or other types of hacking.

I say it's inconclusive, but if another admin wants to take a look. Maybe they see more than I do.

btw I renamed the demo and that helped for me. Couldn't play it at first either.

I do not think this is just a lucky spy check. The spy was completely cloaked, and the scout knew exactly where they were. The scout went directly for the spy, killed him, and then went back to where he was.

checking his steam profile, he has 2 friends, 2 games and only 6 hours in TF2.

I'm placing a perm-ban on him, for somehow being able to detect cloaked spies. Unfortunately, I can't see an aimbot or other hack, because it's not from his perspective and not a long enough video.

Sorry if this is wrong and someone needs to change his ban status. I know that scout should not have seen the spy

EDIT: Also banning him for some sort of namechange hack. The scouts name in the video, the scouts name in this post, and his profile name are all different. This user has no known aliases.
