I have been permanently banned on 17 april this year for insulting Kitten. She has compilled a serie of screenshots of me insulting/taunting her over a month, and I got punished on this base. I played more than 2000 hours on your servers, and I miss playing with my friends. I am being followed by a therapist for my anger issues, and my behavior improved over the months. Considering those circumstances, I wondered if my bannishment could be lifted? If not, could I be permanently muted and gagged instead of being banned? That way, it would provide you with an additional security I won't hurt anyone anymore, and I would be able to play with my friends again.

And please, to all those I have insulted, accept my appologies.

I think it would be a lot better to somehow disable your ability to kick and ban considering I used to join that server and see you there and all you'd do is shout that I was a "n00b" and that I was "AFK" and put votebans and votekicks out on me every 2 seconds... Then you'd get mad if I talked on mic.

Just chiming in Kitten doesn't seem to be the only person who was harassed by this guy.

He was on a zero tolerance probation before. Unbanning now makes "zero tolerance" meaningless.

He also connected from multiple alt accounts which have also been banned. We maintained perma bans on other players just for using alts to avoid a temp ban.

I don't really see where else this discussion has to go. Lotus servers don't need to accept the risk that zoidberg will continue making the playing experience unpleasant for hundreds of other players, solely to cater to his anger management isssues.

I think the fact that you have come back yet again, just shows how truly dedicated you are to the community, and with that in mind, you'd make an excellent addition to our admin group as well. You fucked up. The best thing you can do is accept it, and look out for a new server to grief on.

Bans aren't placed because we dislike you or want to show how mighty we are, it's ultimatively to keep the people that play on our servers free from people that want to do no good to them.

If you want to play with your friends again then you should consider inviting them on another server. There is a difference between having an anger problem and insulting an admin who is also a member of the Clan. The point rather is that even if you have anger problems, the people you've attacked with that behavior did nothing to you. And it's not okay to do stuff like that to innocent people

I'm with Tristin here, what's the point in permenant bans if they aren't permenant.

Though I know I'm not relevant in this discussion, we'll be sending a bad signal out to people that if you're banned from Lotus, just come back in a month or two and you can be unbanned as long as you make up some excuses and sound polite.

You don't get to tell our member and admin that she's a dumb whore and get away with it. I will hunt down every alternative account you even think of making and personally make sure you never return to our servers again. Now get the fuck out.

Lets get one more thing clear while we are here. YOU got you banned. Nobody else is to blame. Kitten didn't GET you banned, she simply banned you. You had trouble in the clan and bans before Kitten was even an admin, hell before she was ever even a recruit. We can certainly hear from kitten, but don't even try to say somebody "got you banned". Your behavior got you banned, you being the crappy individual you were got you banned.
