Banners Look Bad

i dont now why when i upload my signatures and put them as my signature the quality looks very bad.. when i make them they look good in photoshop but not here?

:huh: first i save them as psd and then as jpeg..

Don't save it as .jpg JPEG compreses it and makes it looks like crap, PNG has the best compression in both filesize and quality. Just save it as a 26bit PNG and then look at the quality.

What the hell are you talking about 1nsane? .jpg is best with colors and quality. You just have to set it correctly. Tell me your settings before you save it. Make sure the quality is to maximum and it's baseline progressive. Although the file size will be huge.

Whitout any compression, yes it is great.

So maximum quality would give you a great result, but you can get the same result with lesser filesize using a png.

Yeah that site also says that .PNG is better and takes up less space if used corectly.

I think JPEG is good too.. The Original JPEG is good and has good size... If you notice this, your JPEG only changes its quality when you re-save it in paint program.. I believe there's a program that save your JPEG in a good quality..
