(Not) An Unban Request.

So, I tried playing last night to see I was banned. I came here and read the full details and I have to say I honestly believe it's nitpicking and not getting the full story on each occasion. Regardless, I won't refute anything on there but in each scenario the full picture isn't clearly told, and I don't understand why it would need to be. I've never abused any privileges nor have I ever in a negative manner been disruptive. (In a funny manner where the server didn't care, yes. In a negative manner where it was outright being a dick, no.)

I've played on LotusClan since 2008 and have loved these servers for years. I DEEPLY care about these servers, their members and the community in general. At no time have I felt I've caused any genuine malice or trouble. I've had a really good time playing here and love you all very, VERY much. I'm unsure why I'm being singled out, and constantly stalked and ALWAYS never given a chance to refute or explain my situations... However if you don't want me here that's obviously your choice. I'm just finding it funny that I posted not too recently about 3 disruptive players who were being genuine assholes in banning "any and all gunslinger engineers" -- And they were serious too. I've actually had people messaging me from that incident on the forums saying "I stopped playing hightower because of assholes like that. I'm glad you care." -- Also notice at the time I didn't attempt to ban them and went straight here to complain. I noticed the admins said it was A-OKAY TO ABUSE THE VOTING FEATURE BECAUSE IT'S DEMOCRACY! I know ProLoser wouldn't have for that shit, but he never seemed to reply. I miss the days of Afronanny, etc. where people were more strict and logical about the situation.

Anyway, I won't argue anything that you found evidence against me for being such a "horrible person" -- I had a string of bad luck yesterday in my life that made me have a breakdown and flip out, (The ban kind of being the trigger) and now I'm kind of in a crappy situation, so I won't be playing TF2 for awhile anyway, so it won't matter if I'm here or not. My point being, I've always tried to just be an excellent person on these servers and try to be a funny guy in the process to fit in. I don't know how to deal with harassment and trolls so I end up being goofy and attempt to counter-troll in the process. I can tell you anytime I put up a vote for kicking / banning it was for a 100% legitimate reason and not just to be a jerk towards players. Invisible players attacking players from their spawn IS a legit reason. Shooting someone 20 times while they're holding still and not dying IS A LEGIT REASON. Kicking members for spamming and harassing other players IS A LEGIT REASON. If you re-read it, they are all legit reasons I've kicked for. A lot of the stuff you talked about in the post weren't even voting abuse or abuse in general. Making fun of the homestuck guy isn't against the rules. (I'm sorry, but I don't see where I tried to legit kick him for that.) Being a general douchenozzle in jest isn't against the rules. (Or else everyone on here would be banned.) I would also like to remind you that none of these things were EVER brought to my attention as being disruptive or annoying anyone. Through the whole course of being on Lotus, I've never legitimately received a warning for anything except that one time where I put up that vote for that Douchebag who came to complain on the forums and said I banned him for "no reason BECAUSE HE WAS TOO PRO." -- I banned him cause the server was attempting to and I can see why, he's a jerk. (So I got a private warning in my inbox.) Oh well, I won't waste my time rambling to explain myself. All I can say is that in real life I'm a really nice person and most of the people I play with would say I'm a great person. I've never got legit warnings like normal people on this server.

For some reason, I always get some vendetta against ProLoser... in which 80% of the facts are misunderstood or in some cases, completely made up. I've never really seen anyone complain about me on these forums with a legitimate reason, nor has any admin ever actually PMed me via Steam and told me things were wrong. All I got was an instant-perma ban a long time ago because some kiddies posted on Reddit about me, so I must have been giving lotus a "bad-name" somehow, thus, ban. Then my unban was a zero-tolerence unban, which, I don't believe was fair either because I can't even explain anything or be given warnings.

I just want to say in closing, I NEVER meant any malice or wrong-doing on these servers, and have always been my favorite to play on. I really love / like all of you (Even ProLoser.) You're simply all good people and the BEST TF2 servers I've ever had the pleasure of playing on. You were the first and only servers I've played on to the point where I considered donating recently. I seriously apologize and don't expect an unban. Though, I might check back in a year and see if you think differently. Regardless, I won't ban-evade or make a fuss, I'll just walk away thinking, "Man, such great times!" I don't have malice towards anyone who made this decision, especially if you think I'm actually somehow being an issue on these servers for reals. I'll even continue donating every month, the servers are worth it. Thank you for letting me play! Farewell!

(Oh, I'd also like to ask that you keep this thread open so players, friends, and whoever, can voice their opinions about me. Not that it would change anything, But still.)
