LjubicaZubica 5,610 #1 Posted February 27, 2014 Since yesterday I´m getting from 90 to 120 ping on server where I usually have 60 ping. On other server I play also is higher ping. It jumps +/- 20 and stays in that higher range I checked on pingtest.net and all is ok, speedtest is ok. I didn´t change anything that would cause this higher ping all of sudden Is it just me? And what can I do? I googled, but didn´t find any solution. I validated TF2 files now, don´t know why, but that didn´t help either edit: I just noticed that ping on 2fort East Coast is normal as before (I get around 120 there) So my ping is acting crazy on 2fort UKx33 and UKx24 What´s going on? Asked around, but players say they don´t have higher ping problem, so I guess UK servers and me don´t like each other for some reason. Thing is I don´t get ultra high ping like I´m downloading something. I´m getting jumping ping from 90 up to 120 and it won´t drop to my normal 60. edit: Asjo says it is "routing problem"... something like my net connection changed route and is now taking longer route via different ISPs :insert geeky talk: and that I can´t do anything about it.
