In general, anyone who adds you and gives you a link and some talk about trades should be viewed as suspicious. The number of people who are falling for these is just insane! They should really be trying to fit Internet into the school curriculum and properly educate kids about these sorts of thing...

 

Likely they've run out of useful "steamcommunity.com" clones and are simply moving onto other popular sites.

I have a rule if they aren't level 5 or up on steam or they're profiles are private ignore it right aways.

Except I only don't accept private accounts, some people below level 5 are fine.
