hi, my ask is: why cant host games in gamespy arcade???

other people only can see my games but cant join, anyone know why?

i think that if you would like to be able to host all of you should get cable you will have no problem or open the ports that are bloking you from hosting

Cable costs too much. Thus why many choose DSL or ADSL over it.

dsl and cable is like the same thing in gaming.

Cable is better for downloading.

You have to open ports with cable too, it doesn't matter what connection you have if you have more then one pc connected to the internet you will have to open ports regardles of your connection.

Well do you have a router? For wireless you need a router so you still have to open ports.

try typing in 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1 in your adress bar and tell me if anything pops up.

Yes, telephone is wireless too, so the frequencies interrupt each other.

what do you do about that 'connection' refused rubbish.

and also, if you host a game 3 v 3 for instance, sumtimes it never starts, it just stays at waiting for players and you can't do anything

when a game starts if it does not start in about a minute i quit it by pressing Alt + F4
