Lotus Clan Dota Guild

We now have our own guild. The main reasons for setting this is that it is a step toward increasing our presence within the wider community and also it can be used to send a personal invite to everyone in the guild when we're looking to fill a party.

I am spamming out invites to Lotus people and our friends we play regularly with. You should receive your invite when you launch Dota2.

I've taken the step of giving anyone from Lotus "leader" status within the clan as it allows the information section to be updated and people to be removed if required. I imagine these two events will most likely never happen but I think any Lotus member can be trusted to use their judgement to look after the guild without bothering staff. They have enough to do.

Also, some might spot this. I had to give a clan tag for the guild, so I gave it the "L" tag. I don't think it has any real significance really (such as prefixing your name), but if it causes a problem we can deal with it when we need to. I think it works like the shortened name you supply for steam groups.

Nice one. As far as I remember from having a dota fun team back in 2012, these guild tags show on the scoreboard when you play as guild, as team name instead of dire/radiant.

Have no idea what'll happen when i open dota 2 the next time, considering i was one of the first to start playing dota along with obvi and skaila, but then i took a break, just got back to playing a couple weeks ago,
