Yeah, I don't really know what was up with this guy.  He plays on Turbine all the time, and is a great guy, but I had to ban him for an extremely obvious spinhack.

Is there any way that staff can check the IP he played from tonight versus previous ones to see if it was actually him playing?  I would appreciate it, as it sucked to have to ban him.

As he doesn't use forums much did you give him a link showing where to request the unban? A shame to lose a regular.

I did, although I'm not sure if he'll come back.  He seemed pretty upset.

Sorry, self-justice is not what we want to see on our servers. It was wrong either way, and the ban is deserved.

 

He can apply for an unban, though.
