It works for me when I try to find things, although I haven't tried buying anything.  The list of items I have for sale doesn't load though.

Due to a mistake on Valve's end, the Indonesian Rupiah apparently ended up being worth far more than it should have been (1000x?), allowing those using the currency to get keys off the market for ~$0.00025 due to the messed up exchange rate. These people were able to then sell all of the expensive items they got for way too cheap, so these people now have items that are incredibly expensive. People started listing items for far more than their worth (keys for hundreds, etc) and they were bought out by the people abusing the glitch.

 

Expect a rollback.

Early this morning, a problem with our currency exchange rate data allowed users who use Indonesian Rupiahs in their Steam wallet to make purchases on the Community Market at heavily discounted prices. We have reverted as many of these purchases as possible. Steam Trading and the Community Market were both disabled while this rollback process was occurring, but are now enabled once again.

A relatively small set of users have one or more transactions where the item was restored back to the seller, but the wallet funds have not yet been returned to the buyer. We are still working to resolve this issue and appreciate your patience while we sort everything out.

Users using codes to add Indonesian Rupiahs to their Steam Wallets may have noticed that the wrong amount was added. These credits will be fixed later today.

"Their mistake, their punishment" is like saying it's ok to abuse glitches in their games that give you a huge advantage over others and make them stop playing the game.
