So I've been using a CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid XT with blue switches for almost a year now with almost no complaints. I really like the tactile feel and the loud sound is pretty satisfying. It's great for when I'm typing a homework assignment or ranting on forums, but my fingers get really tired when it comes to spamming one key, which does happen quite a lot in my LoL games ;). The loud sound is also another downside, because my living room is quite close to my room, where I keep my setup, I'm afraid I'll disturb my folks too much. I've been looking at browns for the same model of keyboard and others, but they cost a chunk of money more, and I don't know if it's worth it. I've tried browns on a Razer Blackwidow that my friend has, it didn't feel too great under my fingers, but I don't like Razer keyboards anyways. I was wondering if any of you have tried both and could give more insight on this, and which one you think would be better. Thx

(I know, some of you are probably getting pretty sick of my tech and hardware questions now, but bear with me I'm fairly new to this)

RED is where it's at tho. I use a K70 with the red switches and I can assure you it's by far the most comfortable (feedback is linear and not harsh) and not noisy at all.

Yeah, I've tried reds at a store, and I really liked the soft touch, but when I tried to type fast, my fingers started getting jumbled up. I use my desktop for hw assignments as well, and I do have to type very frequently in game, and I have to do it fast sometimes, so I could see that being a problem

With all stuff its down to personal preference whatever you get you'll learn to like and get use to it

I use blues myself on a razer blackwidow

I can assure you that is correct. I've had this keyboard for a while now and still sometimes fuck up while typing. In the end it's all up to your personal preference as with all things I guess.

What kind of gaming hardware do you own to play games on the Battle Realms thingy? Including Lotus and everything in and out of it.
I'm currently using a new Acer laptop that I'm too lazy to pull the number at the moment, a G9x Logitech Mouse, Skullcandy Uprock headphones, and a laptop pad that's on my legs.
Planning to get that new Logitech Headset Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930
Or something like that since Skullcandy doesn't cater to PC people...
What do you use to pwn the competition? Mah Lappy's name is Ulquiorra, a running trend with my last laptop. X3
