Admin Abuse.

"You suck and have no life" was playing on TF2 24/7 Dustbowl and accused me of hacking because I doubled every ones score as Sniper... He then proceeded to stack me on his team (which was already heavily stacked I must add) soon as we took the point. This was NOT auto-balance as he then killed me 3 more times by switching me back and forth teams calling me a hacker.

Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of the incident as I left in annoyance but PriiMe witnessed this and so did many others. Those others were also raged and tried helping me. Please review this Admins' actions.

No I did not. But if I was hacking I could assure you I would have not died nearly as many times.

I'm not accusing you of anything, just asking the inevitable question. Regardless, how many times you die does not show that you are a hacker, wether it is high or low, nor does kill count.

I don't know what Mana will say, but to me, the assurance that you didn't cheat is worth about as much as the bandwidth it took to post that... so I'm just asking for evidence.

Understandable. I wasn't banned but I've been playing on the server for a while now. But I'd like to have him reviewed as acusing me of hacking, not banning/kicking me but force team switching to suicide me is ridiculous.

Easy fix would be to remove this function from the people who abuse it. Till I can find a way to limit it to one person again.

go ask prime what happened last night, he was in the server.

1. First off, the entire TEAM accused you of HACKING. Not me. Multiple ppl observed you. You had 58 points in a 5 minute round where the 2nd mvp had 18 points. Im not saying thats physically impossible, but thats in conjunction with your no missed head shots and people spectating you.

2. Just because you hack doesnt mean you cant die. The sniper rifle takes time to recharge.

3. Team Stack? Please, my team including priime was kicking ass. We dont need you on my team. Voteban almost never works because you need near unanimous votes. I was switching you back and forth to suicide you. You were supposed to take a hint and leave.

4. A lot of people wanted to vote ban you. I cant be blamed for abusing you, you shouldn't even be on the server. During the game, I wasnt the one who accused you of hacking, it was many other people consistently saying you were hacking. Personally to me, I could have cared less if you were hacking or not hacking. You were disrupting the game. After you left, everyone was happy.

5. Its your word against mine, priime's and 15 other people. Mana, can you pull up the list of players that played last night on dustbowl server when Twat_waffle was on?

Come back to me when you've found a justification of switching a clan member back to the clan team and switching a person intentionally trying to disrupt game play( or even if he is a hacker, still cause suicides) being the same thing.

Thats the whole point. If I kick him, hes going come back and continue hacking. If I suicide him, its entertainment for the whole server. Some times two wrongs can make a right. I know im not supposed to do it, mana is going to disable it soon anyways.

But still, its happened twice in 2 weeks and those 2 people deserved it.

I'm not supporting Suckylife's argument on wether or not it was justified, but I will say that it is damned hard to get rid of annoying bastards, micspamming fucktards, and cheaters.

Yes disable it for the people who abuse it .

Also if a person is truly hacking then a voteban or two will get them out. And if not... repeated votekicks do get annoying.

I don't mean to hijack this thread with my question but... Is it your policy to require the player to prove they were NOT hacking? As opposed to whoever is making the accusations record a demo and prove the player WAS hacking?

I'm just a little confused here. I was head admin on a TFC server for a couple years before server drama became too much of an issue for me and I quit. However, our policy was innocent until actually proven guilty.

So, we need to record demos of ourselves everytime we're on your servers now?

I'm not an admin or even a donator on the servers. Rather, I was just saying that at this point, it's one person's word against the other. Normal votebans are just temporary IIRC...

No, that's the problem. In order to add such a function I'd have to add yet another plugin, use a separate admin files (that's over 20 admin files when adding a person manually) get auto remove working on the two files....

I'll attempt to get the other plugin to read Beetlesmod admin files or try to edit beetlesmod like I had done before. We'll see how it goes.
