CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: Everyone who is on my list to play (including alternates) must confirm to me that they for sure will show up to the match at the date and time listed below, or at least be online available to play. If I do not have confirmation by Thursday, April 23rd, you will be replaced by someone who has confirmed. No exceptions, no matter who you are. My time (and other's) is too valuable to waste on people who refuse to commit. In case you are confused, I have hosted a lot of scrims, and nothing is more disruptive than someone not showing up who was supposed to show up. It wastes a lot of time and isn't fair to those who show up on time. The last scrim I held, one person didn't show up and we got started 45 minutes late as a result.

I know this may be a touchy subject to some people, so let me just say that:

1 - Yes, many people are probably better than I am at this game

2 - Yes, I have to make decisions that leave people out who I would rather not leave out,

3 - Yes, I am organizing this team for fun because I want to play this match. This does not have to be considered "the stock team", rather "a team comprised of stock maps players".

FORMAT

Highlander style, only 1 player per class.

Random crits disabled.

Random damage disabled.

Sandman not allowed.

MAPS

Gold Rush - Each team will take turns playing offense. The winner will be the team that pushed the cart the farthest, or if both teams push it all the way, the winner will be the team that pushed it to the end the fastest. I propose that the stock team is BLU first, as Gold Rush is considered the GR team's "home" field.

Steel - Same deal, each team will take turns on offense. The winner will be whoever captures E the fastest, or if neither side captures E, it will be whichever team captures the most points in the shortest amount of time. TF2 server automatically handles this. The GR team can be BLU first since they are the visiting team for this map.

Roster change notes:

KillerKeg cannot make it for this date and time although he does want to play. Miyari does not want to play if Keg is not playing, and same for nket. Hopefully we can do this again at a time when Keg can play.

On a good note, Mojo can now play due to the time change.

Actually, I appreciate you guys offering to help. Due to having so many people, it is likely that when the match date is decided upon that some people won't be able to make it, so we do need alternates.

I think it would be best if the altermates for starters were other people on the team 1st, then 2nd alt could be whoever. Lik eif keg wasnt able to play i'd rather play demo then eng... etc

In case you think this is too strict, just trust me, this will be saving all of us a lot of time and make the match much more enjoyable.

Well, if he's gonna confirm here, I might as well too. Although I can't possibly see Miyari missing this. I'll be back in town by about 5 that day, so as long as it stays late like that, I'm good.

Any chance the alts could spec the match? There's gotta be some sort of locked spectator that'll keep people focused only on their team...
