i was going to convert to avi but im still new to that so i just did what henry said to do and reposted it in the ban section sorry bout putting it in wrong section.

i may do it for next demos i put up depending how most people feel but as was said clip could be altered even though i have no experience in that lol.

Nope, just leave it in the .dem format. You can't modify demos, but you can when converting it to a common format.
