Aramid 2 #1 Posted August 26, 2007 It has been a longtime since my last post here. I was wondering if what I read in the battle realms wikipedia section is true that Yvaine, the lotus female hero has the innate ability to slow down nearby enemies. Today, I've played as lotus and when Yvaine is fighting it is really vague or hard to distinguish if her innate is true. How do distinguish the slowing effect from Yvaine's innate ability. If her innate ability (slowing enemy units) is true then she is the only new hero that was given an innate ability. Please, give me any signs or characteristics of enemy units nearby Yvaine to distinguish that her innate is true. Thank you in advance and I am an active battle realms player but not really that active in online communities.

♦ kevlahnota ♦ 5 #6 Posted June 23, 2008 I am new to this game, less than 4 months that is. What is innate? I understand BG but this innate thing is really confusing. Please help. innate ability is the unit/s own ability. for example the wolf clan, their innate ability is they have regeneration. they can heal to full health while standing. another example is the archer, while he has full stamina, his first shot does double damage. also kenji, his innate is when he do his special move he gives temporary boost to adjacent allies. get it?
the necromancer 2 #7 Posted June 24, 2008 its kind of like a passive ability that is always on, but some neeed certain requirements to work. some include things like a musketeer will always hit it's target, a dragon geisha regains stamina while walking, an infested one explodes at death...there's many more, althought proablby none for the expanisnion carchters did that help? or only serve to confuse furthur?? KaMbiNG 0 #8 Posted June 24, 2008 Answer from kevalhnota and necro both helps pefectly. However, where do you all get these data? 1. Unit type of hits.....blunt, piercing, explosive...etc 2. Health points, damage points of each unit 3. Defense data against each type of hits for all units Because it seems most of active people in this forum can explain these kind of thing in depth and can actually understand each other. I don't even know werewolf type of hit....piercing or cutting for example. All I know is melee and range...that's all. And because of this lack of knowledge, I have no courage to play online.
